The objective of the Automatic Detection Software Module (ADSM) is to Prevent Theft, Minimise Personnel requirements and to Maximise System Performance.

Automatic Detection makes use of Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networking and Expert System technology. The Software analyzes each x-ray image and decides to either Hold or Release the subject similar to the actions taken by a human Viewer.
