Experience has taught us that the breach in security normally originates from within the security department. The optional 2nd Tier Viewer (or Reviewer) is intended for batch reviewing of scanned images typically during off-peak periods. The objective is to minimise the possibility of collusion between the crime syndicates and members of the security department.
